The masterbatch ADM HDPE UV 11920 is recommended for all transformations of high density polyethylene and in particular in the extrusion of raffia and monofilaments for agricultural use. The type of hals contained within the master, in addition to protecting the polymer from degradation due to UV rays, has good resistance to possible attack by pesticides and in particular by compounds based on Sulphur (1500 ppm) and Chlorine (100 ppm). ADM HDPE UV 119-20 is a dispersion of methylated and antiox hals in polyolefin polymer, free from mineral fillers.

Dosage: ADM HDPE UV 119-20 used at 3.5% in colorless HDPE monofilament, diameter 0.27 mm, has a resistance greater than 900 Kly.
