Research, innovation and technology are what drive us in developing new intelligent materials created specifically for our customers. They ask us for the impossible, and our lab has in its DNA the determination to make a masterbatch for the plastics industry unique, innovative and intelligent. We offer our best solutions for the "FLAME RETARDANT" sector.

ADM-PO-FL-2411-HF is a dispersion of organic phosphorus, free of halogens and antimony trioxide (Sb2O3), in a polyolefin polymer.
Sectors: The ADM-PO-FL-2411-HF masterbatch is recommended for the production of polypropylene-based polymers, giving a strong flame-retardant effect.
Benefits: ADM-PO-FL-2411-HF is recommended for the extrusion of polypropylene for products that, as well as being halogen free with low smoke emission, must be exposed to light, so the flame retardant must not interfere with the HALS-based UV stabilisation. The masterbatch makes the final product slightly opalescent.
Compliance: All ingredients of this mixture are regulated by EFSA and FDA.
Dosage: 200 micron film
DIN 4102 B2 LD/LLD/HDPE 4.5%
DIN 4102 B1 LD/LLD/HDPE 15.0%

ADM-XPS-FL-RET10 is a polymeric brominated flame retardant masterbatch. HBCD-free, developed for XPS applications. MB XPS-FL-RET10 has excellent flame-retardant properties and allows high processing temperatures thanks to its high percentage of active components. MB XPS-FL-RET10 contains a synergist. Some plastic additives, fillers or pigments may have a significant influence on the properties of the final product. Please be informed before using this product. Stopping the machine at high temperature may cause polymer degradation. Please clean with neutral polymers
Sectors: The ADM-TiOLITE-PP is recommended for the production of XPS-based polymers.
Benefits: Longer shelf life, gas adsorption, moisture absorption, high substrate transparency with better light transmission, protection from the UVA, UVB and UVC spectrum from 100 to 380 nm, removal of microbiological contaminants.
Compliance: All ingredients of this mixture are regulated by EFSA and FDA.
Dosage: B - 2 DIN 4102
thickness greater than 5 cm: 1.2% / 1.7%
thickness less than 5 cm: 1.5% / 2.5%
(The MB dosage varies depending on the type of gas used, density, etc.)

ADM PO FLAME RETARDANT 1022 is a brominated organic compound masterbatch for polypropylene applications.
Sectors: ADM PO FLAME RETARDANT 1022 is recommended for injection moulding and extrusion of polypropylene sheets.
Benefits: Longer shelf life, gas adsorption, moisture absorption, high substrate transparency with better light transmission, protection from the UVA, UVB and UVC spectrum from 100 to 380 nm, removal of microbiological contaminants.
