Clean-uP 871 — Water and oil repellent for mineral substrates

  • Clean-uP 871 is the professional water and oil repellent impregnator designed for interlocking paving, cement pavements and mineral substrates with surface finishes such as porphyry dust. Unlike traditional water repellent treatments, it chemically anchors to the substrate already at room temperature, without the need for thermal curing systems: it is easy to apply by spray or roller, directly on site or on the production line, penetrating the porosity of the material for lasting water repellency that does not alter the aesthetic appearance of the treated surface.
    Main advantages:
    Chemical anchoring to the mineral substrate, with no thermal curing or dedicated equipment. Simple application by spray or roller, on site or in production. Does not alter the appearance of pigmented finishes such as porphyry. Designed specifically for interlocking paving, cement pavements and similar mineral substrates. Reduction of capillary absorption greater than 80% according to EN 1925/15802.

Unlike traditional water repellent treatments, which require thermal curing cycles to be effective, Clean-uP 871 chemically anchors to the substrate already at room temperature, penetrating the porosity of the material for lasting water repellency that does not alter its appearance.

    Professional water and oil repellency for porous mineral surfaces. Chemical anchoring to the substrate, with no need for thermal curing. One-component, ready to use. Does not alter the appearance of pigmented finishes such as porphyry. Applicable both on the production line and directly on site.
    Application
    The paver or surface to be treated must be clean, dry and free of efflorescence. The product is applied by low-pressure spray or by roller/brush, until the surface is saturated without pooling. Drying takes place at room temperature, with no dedicated equipment needed; it is recommended to wait 24-48 hours before subjecting the surface to traffic or intensive use. It is recommended to filter the product before use, especially for spray applications.
