The active ingredient used in making Clean-uP 800, 801 and 805 is entirely plant-based and OEKO-TEX certified, and Fluorine Free. Fabrics treated with Clean-uP Fluorine Free show minimal change in shade and have good resistance to domestic washing and dry cleaning. It is suitable for workwear, furnishing fabrics, curtains and textiles for the automotive sector. It can be applied by padding, by spray, or by exhaust process.

Clean-uP 778 Fluorine Free is a fully alcohol-based, nanotechnology, stable solution that makes a natural or synthetic fabric water repellent. Once dry, the product forms a transparent layer and does not alter the colour of the fabrics. Free of PFAS, PFOA and PFOS. The impregnation forms a transparent, ultra-thin layer on absorbent leather and fabric surfaces, giving water-repellent and stain-resistant properties. It dries in a few minutes. Ideal for natural and synthetic suede and nubuck.

HOW TO APPLY, FOR ALL PRODUCTS
Padding process: (Padding process)
Pick-up: 70% ±5%
Bath pH: 5.0±1
Drying: 120 °C for 2 minutes.
Curing: 145-150 °C for 3 minutes OR 170 °C for 40 seconds
Dip-coating process by absorption for garments/fabrics: (Exhaust process)
Pick-up: 70% ±5%
Bath pH: 6.0±1
Bath temperature: from room temperature to 40 °C (1 °C/min.) Time: 30-40 min. at 40 °C
Drying: 120 °C, 3 min
Curing: 145-150 °C, 3 min. OR 170 °C for 40 sec.
Spray coating process:
Depending on the fabric, 2 or 3 coats with HVLP 0.5 mm are sufficient.
If not oven-dried, it cures in about 10 days. Clean-uP 778, on the other hand, does not need curing: once dry, it is immediately water repellent.
