It is a durable flame-retardant finishing chemical for cotton, synthetic and high-synthetic blended fibres, halogen free. Fabrics treated with Clean-uP Flame Retardant show minimal change in shade and have good resistance to domestic washing and dry cleaning. It is suitable for workwear, furnishing fabrics, curtains and textiles for the automotive sector. It can be applied by padding or by spray.

Clean-uP 810-W is a Fluorine Free water-based solution, with a high content of active ingredient and stable, that makes a natural or synthetic fabric non-flammable. Once dry, the product forms a transparent layer and does not alter the colour of the fabrics.

Pick-up: 70% ±5%
Bath pH: 5.0±1
Drying: 120 °C for 2 minutes. - Curing: 145-150 °C for 3 minutes OR 170 °C for 40 seconds
Dosage: Spray coating process:
Depending on the fabric, 2 or 3 coats with HVLP 0.5 mm are sufficient.
If not oven-dried, it cures in about 10 days.
